Q: Why won’t the app find my mate?
A: Both players must have the Phone Footy app open in the foreground and be within 30 metres of each other to connect.
Q: Why does the game cut out when I’m playing?
A: If you go out of range during game play you’ll need to start a new game.
Q: Why does my scoreboard show one score with a mate when we’ve played more games?
A: The Phone Footy scoreboard uses your highest score with each teammate.
Q: Can I replay a failed level?
A: You can attempt a level as many times as you like.
Q: Can I put a game on hold?
A: No, if you stop a game it will end then with a final score of the points you have accumulated in that game.
